For the entirety of 2020, the creek running through Windsor Park has been run by homeless camps. What has resulted are literal tons of trash, fecal matter, needles, and other unpleasantries. These unpleasantries are being washed into the creek and carried downstream throughout the neighborhood.

We are routinely finding needles, glass, trash, and who knows what kind of bacteria throughout our homes. We need help dealing with this situation as the trash, noise, open drug usage, and violence are getting worse by the day.
